Defective / Refund / Return / Exchange Policy
Defective / Exchanged items:
All manufacturing defective items will be exchange with same product or with other product of same price as per customers wish.
Customer has to inform us within 2 days of parcel received.
Customer may also exchange with item of higher value on extra payment.
Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your delivery date mentioned or stamped through courier service, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be replaced or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through paytm within 2 days or bank tranfer within 3 days.
If you have placed your order through Cash On Delivery option and you require a refund then Rs 100 will be deducted of COD charges from total amount which was incurred for your shipment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Items purchased under Sale can be exchanged but not refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for return shipments.
Full amount on online payment.
Total amount less Rs 100 in case of order placed through COD options.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
