• Online payment mode, then you get full refund of your product value that you have paid.
  
  
• Cash on Delivery mode then there will be nominal deduction of Rs 31 only of COD charges which we have paid to courier companies and refund you rest amount.

• Refunds are avl through Gpay, Phone Pe or Bank Transfer as per customer request.

Defective / Exchanged items:
All manufacturing defective items will be exchange with same product or with other product of same price as per customers wish.

For Return / Refund
Customer has to inform us within 2 days of parcel received.

For Exchange
Customer has to inform us within 7 days of parcel received.


Customer may also exchange with item of higher value on extra payment.


Our policy lasts 7 days. If  7 days have gone by since your delivery date mentioned or stamped through courier service, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, Should be unused, without any fragrance.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be replaced or exchange.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Except for Backpacks & Tote Bags , We dont charge pick up Service for exchange.

Exchange can only be done once.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
