If your order is placed through
- Cash on Delivery mode then there will be nominal deduction of Rs 39 of COD charges which we have paid to courier companies.
- Refunds are avl through Gpay, Phone Pe or Bank Transfer as per customer request.
- Exchange will happen only once. you cant exchange same order again and again.

Defective / Exchanged items:
All manufacturing defective items will be exchange with same product or with other product of same price as per customers wish.
For Exchange / Return / Refunds
Customer has to inform us within 7 days of parcel received.
Customer may also exchange with item of higher value on extra payment.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date mentioned or stamped through courier service, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, Should be unused, without any fragrance.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be replaced or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, Refund are inform of Store Coupons, which you can redeems any other time for your next order Or if you want we can refund in your Bank Directly.
Cancellation of Prepaid orders.
All our prepaid parcels are shipped on high priority. If air service is avl, We ship them by expensive Air courier so that it reaches quickly, Kindly do not cancel your prepaid parcel after shipments has been shipped as we cannot cancalled them. Any cancellation after parcel is shipped may attarct courier charges which we have incurred.
Exchange can only be done once.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
